Rooms are clean.. Staffs are very cooperative and attentive. Breakfast is also good.. If you are staying here.. you need to Take local taxi in front of Hotel which takes 10 mints to reach MG Marg.. Over all experience is good..

The hotel is good I think not much old. location is v good. but hospitality.. omg POOR. we booked a mountain view room but we had a under construction building in our view. we changed the room there we found a used towel in the bathroom. the bedsheets had litter and hair of some one else on the bed. the pillow covers were so dirty that it was smelling .the tv wasn't working... we had to call the reception again and again but he wasn't able to help. ultimately we again changed our room. there was nothing available In the menu card available in the room. what ever we asked was not there even paneer and chicken. so we settled on roti daal and aloo bhaji. next night in the dinner there were some items available the reason being there were more guests that day. so if there are less guest they won't provide u with the services that unhave paid for. even in the morning the breakfast buffet was a nightmare. they had only 2-3 items and even tea was also not there . we asked for it and it arrived half an hr later by that time we had our cab and had ro leave. hotel is good but management really need to have a look .

Not satisfied with the services after booking a super executive room. Basic amenities like hot water is not available both the days we stayed there. Bedsheet, curtain,towel all are dirty. Be aware before booking.

I visited this place for the first time and found very good and prompt. Service is awesome, receptionist were friendly, room were kept clean and hygine maintained very well. Whenever I come to Gangtok, I will stay here only. Thank you team Regal for making our stay memorable.

Best hotel in the town. Had a pleasant stay and staff were very friendly and supportive. West will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family for their gangtok visit.

As sikkim is a cold state they should arrange a hot mattress or room heater but they don't have so it's a big mistake as i feel.
